My Jeep overheated because the water inlet bolts loosened up. There is a TSB on it as it’s a known Issue. My Jeep is a 2020 with only 40k miles. When I dropped off it sounded like it might be covered but not sure. When called and fixed cost was going to be over $400. I asked for number to call Jeep myself and they instantly said it was covered under power rain warranty. I feel like maybe someone could have tried a little harder to get it covered before I had to call myself. So far repair seems good.

I was taking the truck on a 10k mi summer road trip. I had to wait to get my oil changed since i had no ride. John recommended that i get there early morning so i can get it goin early. So that is what I scheduled. John reviewed my repair records and also advised that i needed fuel filters and rear end oil change. Brought truck in at 7:00 AM. John said it would be done 11-12 oclock. 10:30 ALL DONE. Happy camper except for the $1043 bill. Ughhh!

I called ahead to make an appointment for a safety recall I was told it would take one day to fix the car. She even looked up the recall to be sure she knew exactly what it was. when I arrived this morning. they told me they didn’t even know they could do the repair that they would call me in an hour or so to let me know and I was told they didn’t have the parts and that may have to do it tomorrow if the part arrives. or I could come pick up my truck. The whole thing was annoying and unnecessary waste of my time. I will never come back to airport Dodge again.

Phil was excellent, but prior to Phil helping me I was passed off to 3 different service people. Check in was not well organized. I had an appointment for 10am for an "express" oil change. I pulled into the express lane and then I was passed off 3 times. I was not provided with a service rep name since the appointment was for "express" service.
Again, once Phil took over, everything ran very smoothly.

Greyson was great. He really works with you to find the best solution to your issues. Great attitude great follow up now I do find your shop fee a bunch of BS ,that has nothing to do with Greyson . I imagine it irritates many people just build it into your price and not as a Gacha later add-on.
