I'm very satisfied with Anthony's prompt and professional service but now I am extremely dissatisfied with the new credit card 3% surcharge. I've always paid with credit card but today I paid cash. Imposing surcharges is like stealing money. I'm going to look for a new dealership to service my vehicle. I hope other customers do the same. Why is everyone so money hungry lately?

Overall poor communication. I receive a text with the total owed and no call to discuss findings prior to asking me to spend money. Had to call in and received very little explanation. Prior to this overall bad experience I’ve tried to reach out to the service center multiple times per day. I was sent to the message center and never got a call back. Very frustrating overall. I understand I purchased a **** box which is on me, but the terrible customer service is on you.

Worst experience! Was called a liar. Refused to submit a cost assistance claim that I requested as his opinion was it was a waste of time. Removed my vehicle first chance I got and took it to another dealership.

Although my service advisor Mr. Gotta always treats me great I wish Airpark would hire my diesel mechanics. This is the 2nd time I've scheduled an appointment and had to wait almost 4 hours to complete oil change, tire rotation and Zak application. If that's a normal wait time please let me know. Lou

Gary was quite rude to me. Another customer came in at the same time my vehicle completed service. When I approached him to ask for the keys & paperwork. He brushed me off & said very rudely you’ll have to wait until I’m done with the other customer. He seemed like a celebrity, or something & they were busy BSing for over 15 minutes while my husband, I, & our service dog waited. Finally I asked my husband to go in & talk to Gary. He seemed to have an issue with me being a strong forward woman. I will not return your your dealership after the way I was treated. I’ll take my business to Chapman!
