The truck was brought in on Friday, January 31st. I never heard a word from your organization until Thursday, February 6th. When I called Richard Small, assistant service manager I had to leave a message. It wasn’t until I called the main # and went through a receptionist. That I got any answers. Someone should not have to wait 7 days to get an estimate or any information on their vehicle in for repair.
