Airpark was able to repair an issue that another Jeep dealer (AutoNation CDJR) ignored and then claimed they could not duplicate even though I duplicated it for the service writer, tech, and service director. Airpark took ownership of this issue and made the repairs. Thankfully Airpark hires skilled mechanics and not just error code readers like AutoNation CDJR.

I am still waiting to hear what is going on with my vehicle… I’m understanding that they don’t have a glue what is wrong with my jeep.
My jeep has been there for2 days with a starting issue. Airport Jeep did a diagnostic and found batteries were low level. They replaced and called us to pick- up, well when we arrived thinking it was fixed , to our surprise it still wouldn’t start. Obviously no one checked their work. I question if the problem was batteries!!! Left car overnight and as of late afternoon was told they still couldn’t find a resolution for problem
2 full days for a starting problem,that no one can diagnose?? Really??
I am sure some how this should have been resolved in 2 days,even if someone had to contact Jeep and ask questions?
I hope that some one will make this a priority and get the situation handled.
We are not trying to be a problem , just won’t are Jeep fixed!!
Would like a response Friday Am pertaining to this situation.
