Morning, my truck was serviced at Scottsdale AirPark (customer#804221), oil change, tires rotated and Zaktek exterior coating. Prior to my appointment, I was informed it would take 3 hours for the service. Day of my appointment, I pull up before they were open at (06:58). I asked Anthony for a loaner due to the length of service time.I was told, I had to request in advance and none available. That would of been nice to know (FYI) when I made the appointment, (lacking of communication). Was offered a Lyft service, was ok, I decided to wait.
Anthony comes to me at 8:25am, stating my truck was ready and I said, how? it takes 3 hours for the Zaktek. He said because I show up early???(2 minutes early) really!! They service my truck less than an hour??? Hello think about this??. I should of checked the truck before leaving but I stopped at the store 5 minutes from AirPark, and noticed water spots all over the truck, it look like they just washed it. I called Anthony and question, how did they coat the truck, when there was still bugs on the front of the truck. He said, I was supposed to detail before taking the truck for service. Again, I was NOT informed, it was clean 2 days prior.
IF they coated with Zaktek as stated, that means the bugs stains were coated over on the truck. I said to Anthony, FYI,why would you do that??He could of refused and reschedule for Zaktek. Its just common sense. He said, we did the service, at that point I’m really upset, so I just hung up.
I’m extremely disappointed, I didn’t receive accurate information/lacking communication with service department.I felt, I was taken advantage of. This email will be forward to proper channels.

Dropped my car off at my appointment time of 3pm Monday for an oil change and a suspension inspection. By 11am Tuesday I had not heard anything. After calling in I found out my car had not even been looked at and the oil change had not happened. I went ahead and picked up my car with no service done. Frustrated that I had to take time out of my work days to take my car in after scheduling an appointment just for nothing.
