I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday morning and didn’t hear back. I had to call/text several times to get an update and finally picked it up Monday afternoon. All I wanted was a simple diagnostic done. After many times of reaching out, I determined the shop sat on my vehicle until Monday afternoon and only got it done that day because I was pushing. There was no proactive communication from the service center. They knew I was frustrated and tried to recommend other services, which I declined.
