I feel like it was done in a hurry, and after request no airfreshner or scent sprayed, my car overwhelming scent. I broke out in hives and have a awful headache even driving with the windows open.
I have had my car cleaned there before and no issue.

When I got in my car after the service, it smelled quite bad. I had to leave the windows down to air out the car. Also, after I left, I noticed that someone ripped a piece of plastic/insulation (I’m not even sure what it’s called) off of the bottom of my car. I will be sending pictures separately.
Also, I had $16 of “misc chrgs” that were on my bill that was not explained anywhere on the bill. When I asked about it, I was told they were “shop charges.” I don’t know what that means. Please consider adding a line item and explanation to your invoice.

I dropped my car off at 8:15 and I didn't get it back till 12:30 and I just felt like that was way too long. I had other plans later in the morning that I had to change. Then when it was finally done I got a text that I could pay on my phone which I did and then when I went to pick up the paperwork the girl at the desk was rude because she didn't have proof that I paid. So I had to show her the text and my bank statement where they took it off.. the best part about it was the guy that gave me a ride to my sons he was very nice. I will probably go someplace else next time
