I enjoy and truly appreciated the customer service provided by Mr. Greg Imperial. Upon my arrival, as with all previous visits, Mr. Imperial greeted me with a smile and addressed every concern. He provided me with a detailed summary of my car maintenance and checked in with me frequently providing me with updates while also ensuring all my needs were met while I was waiting. The art of customer service is truly displayed by Mr. Imperial. I appreciate all of his assistance.

This was the third time I have brought my truck in for a leaking oil filter here times this last time they change the oil filter but did not add any oil
I was using my truck and pulling a trailer and the low oil message came on
I don't know what's wrong with you guys but this is the worse service ever I will be finding another dealer because you guys are terrible and can not be trusted
My engine could of blow up being it was 2 quarts low on oil
I will be contacting Corporate about this
And letting everyone I know not to come to your dealership
