I had major problems with the online system. I got notifications that the appointment was cancelled but I still had my original confirmation. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was completely useless and unhelpful. Once I asked to be transferred to a service manager- the staff was very attentive and professional.
The service staff who did the actual work on my car- Jazz- was amazing. Thorough, honest and fast. This is not the first time I have had issues with the online system or with the people that answer the front phones. But I always end up coming back because the service itself is so reliable.

Although the advisor was great, the technician didn't do a good job. My steering wheel & my gear shift were greasy. I had to clean it a wet paper towel but it still feel greasy. When I got home I had to clean it again with soap to get rid of the grease. Thank you.

technicians need to do an honest job in completing work orders and not just entering in the the computer that the work has been done when it actually hasn't been completed such as an oil and filter change. It has been rectified today but this shouldn't have happened if the work was done honestly during the first appointment.
