It was my understanding that with my purchase of my Honda that I get free oil changes and tire rotation. I was told this on my first visit but I had to pay for the next one. I don't understand this policy I have.

My freaking advisor knowing that I'm waiting for my car. He should have been aware and attentive to the status of the car. My car has been done for more than 30 minutes outside the pickup area. He is nowhere I can see. I have to bother another advisor to help me. Then MF showed up. I've been coming here. Normally they come to you when your car is done. They call someone to bring your car out. This time my freaking advisor don't have to because it's been freaking sitting outside for along time. This is BS

If I didn't follow up with the appointment no one would have called us to set it up. The appointment was suppose to be done days after we got the car but there was no follow up. They told me 4-6hrs for the service but took the whole day.
