I have been very satisfied with the trustworthy mechanic services on my Camry. Every time I drive home from having car worked on, I feel secure driving it on freeways and roads. Been coming for over Five years serving my car and I'm please with the safe and complete job the mechanics do. You have very good mechanics. Also what makes a big difference is service adviser MIKE Tran. He is always alway always friendly, efficient and so honest with what your cat needs. Never makes a women feel insecure. He explains everything and he is efficient .

I'm a huge fan of Piercey! Ed has been my service go-to guy for years (he really makes me feel valued) but others on the team have also been great. Kudos also to Barbara who keeps the "trains running on time." And it's not just the Service Department. The sales department has been a strong partner as well. KZ always worked with me and I was disappointed to hear he left but I'm sure someone will step in when I or one of my family members are shopping for our next Toyota. Don't stop caring as you do for your customers. It really does matter!

Excellent overall service. I like there is a line for appointments and a line for no appointments. Unlike Capitol Toyota they make everyone wait in the same line. Shuttle service is also great, the wait time is about 5 min and they also offer to see if you need pick up too.

Well, I went this morning for my "free" oil change. My new vehicle was needed the B1 service. I made an appointment and was greeted by a friendly customer service rep at service and car was tagged, and went inside. The rep informed me it would be 85 or 89 dollars for the regular B1 Service. Ouch I said outlaid. Free oil is costing me a lot. The rep said i could check online for a coupon. So, i went to the customer service area and go online to look up what a B1 service is and if there were any coupons.....Lo and Behold there is a coupon for A1 B1 service on your website. When the bill was brought to me it was still listed for 85-89 USD. I showed the coupon and the what I was a B1 service and paid the 65 USD coupon price. I guess I was and still upset because, why didn't I get a free oil change if I paid the coupon price that was advertised. Just doesn't seem like there is a huge advantage for me to take the car there for "free" oil changes if it will cost that much money each visit. I understand that its just the OIL change that is free with the visit. I feel so much so that I will call in the morning and will speak with the service manager to see if I have to purchase any other service there and just do the "free" oil changes at you location.
