I'm not at all unhappy with the wonderful rep but with the policy that I should pay for an oil change that is apparently necessary to diagnose whether or not my car is burning oil. The cars oil was changed only 4 weeks ago, as I told the rep. The car didn't need an oil change, I'm sure that it would be just as easy to top up the car's oil, rather than change it, to determine whether or not it is burning oil when I return in 1500 miles. The manager kindly waived the oil change fee, but it still feels wrong that if this is a necessary part of the extended warranty process, then why should I have to pay for it?

By far the best part of the service is the free rental car and the option to actually pick the car I rented. I brought my car in to replace recalled parts, the process was supposed to be free and only take a few hours. Somehow the techs found more things that were wrong and need to be fixed, and then all of a sudden it will take another day, and then my free service turned into over 600.... it's extremely stressful to say the least!
