Today I went in for an oil change and was able to have only that done. In the past I was told that the only option I had was oil change including tire rotation for lots more money. I don't know if I was told the truth before or if things changed. I was happy to see I could get only the oil change.

Called three times to finally have someone answer my question. Then my husband went to pick up battery and no one knew what he was talking about. Service rep had said he would set paperwork aside. Very disorganized process. It's been about three years since I've had a positive experience there. Must be newer management.

Everything great until getting car. The young man who said my car was done and the ammount was wrong. A latino guy not my service writer - he was fine. It was 30 min later that i actually got my car from when i was told. Dont tell people intil its ready or things are found to change estimate/work. Take people in order of reservaton. Another reg customer was still on tack at 930 with 800 appt for just an oil change. He was NOT happy.
