I called to see if I could bring my car in for an oil change. Spoke with the service advisor Ulysses. When I arrived he took the car right in. He gave a timeframe as to when my car would be ready and it was right on time, with a safety check and car wash. He even took the time to explain everything to me. I'll be back again whenever my car needs servicing.

I wonder if my expectations are too high. Whenever I've had my cars serviced anywhere, it is typical that my car is washed before I go home. This was not done; not a huge deal, but did not impress me in the way of customer service. I also think that I should be getting regular maintenance reminders so that I can plan on saving for their cost, which is quite high by the way. Since I am retired, every expenditure must be considered as I no longer have a job for income. I would like to see what services can be bundled and discounted which Mr. Kraus did mention. But it still seemed like very high prices for services. Sorry to complain, but I want to express my feelings. I love my Civic and want to properly maintain it, but it is getting expensive and sometimes you have to choose which service must be done and which can wait. Thank you.

When I arrived, I waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged and helped. Finally the cashier said she would page someone. She had to page Greg twice before he showed up. It's very busy in there on Saturdays and having only one person to help customers is terrible customer service. I also was told it would be one hour for my car. I waited an hour and a half. They didnt wash my car either which they have always done in the past. Honda should have more people working to assist customers. As I waited to pay, people that were coming in were not being acknowledged at all! It was extremely rude! The customer service is very bad in the service department.

Every time I visit the Diamond Valley Honda dealership I am always please with the customer service. I dropped my car in the morning at 8:30. Naeil told me that the wating time was 2 hours and 30 minutes. So after the the waiting time was over then finally he told me the problem to my car which was axle. Then after that I ask how long it would take and he said 2hours. So after 2 hours later I came back to get my car and he said it is done that they were just cleaning up but my car was done after an hour and a half. So why don't you guys tell us the exact waiting time. I had no problem with the guy he was nice and helped me a lot. It is just the time I wasted. Also the car is still making some noise so I will be coming tomorrow
