A bolt was loose in the engine. They said my car was ready & when I started the car there was a rattle. They had to take my car back to recheck all the bolts. I took my car home. It also took longer than they said. On Saturday my car died @ a gas station & I had to get a jump. I was not told I needed to replace my battery even though they check it. They did replace the battery @ no cost to me. I do appreciate the battery but disappointed in the service and the inconvenience I had to go thru. I have been a royal customer for many years

I paid $25 the previous day for a brake inspection and Neail said it would count toward brake service. I only had a $24 discount on my bill that I saw when I got home which isn't very cool to do to a customer. It just makes it hard to trust a business that overcharges you to be honest in the future. Also it is ridiculous that car washes are not given when getting hundreds of dollars worth of service. You could at least vacuum the interior or clean windows to make the car seem nicer if you really aren't allowed to use water. Finally my car smelled like body odor when I picked it up from the technician. A cheap air freshener would've gone a long way...

I have been going there for years! Occasionally you would see a new face or two if not having been there for awhile. Today I walked in there was only two people there that I recognized!! It kind of gave me a funny feeling as in what's going on here!? I had an oil change and tire rotation done which went so fast that I was wondering if it was really done and if it was done, was it done correctly?! Prices have gone up, which is not good and they are not washing car with an oil change anymore which was one of the big reasons I took it there for an oil change. One can find cheaper places for an oil chg. I lucked out this time because I had a coupon. My honest opinion, I'm not too sure how I feel about this place anymore. I also feel sometimes they like to push things on you that you really don't need . "It's what Honda recommends" is what I usually here them say. Yah, but does it REALLY need it RIGHT NOW!? People want a HONEST repair shop and that is what will draw the customers back more then anything!

Still waiting for the service to be completed. Not sure why it is taking so long. I think they forgot about us since we have not heard a word in over a week. The last we heard you were still waiting for a part to come in so we can bring the car back in. Not sure what's up and very surprised that this has happened at the dealership. Have my had this type of a problem before and we have owned somewhere around six Hondas. Thanks, Fred Maenpa

I arrived and right away I was welcomed by someone. He was an awesome gentlemen. He helped me right away. Offered me water or coffee and was told to wait in the lobby while I waited. I did not wait long. It was fast and easy. It was a great experience getting my first oil change.
