General Customer service skills: acknowledge customers that have entered, ask if they have been helped.
I patiently waited for the service agent to finish their phone call; he did see me, he turned his head and looked at me. He hung up the phone and proceeded to make two more phone calls. I finally had to ask for my keys as I had already paid online.
Sadly, this is not the first time that this happened with this service agent. I will make sure to schedule with a different agent next time.

Dulce Lopez has and did perform a complete sign up of my vehicle 2014 Accord. Miss Dulce Lopez has ALWAYS looked out for my best interest for overseeing my interest that if I can share a concern she will listen and guarantee me that my request be looked into.
