When I called to schedule the A maintenance and the recalls service, I was told that for the recalls, I'd have to wait until April (and they scheduled me for that). So yesterday I had the appt for the maintenance and Benito checked if the parts were available that day to fix the recalls and they were, so he added the recall to the service. The work was done by early afternoon.
Benito has always gone out of his way to take care of the customer. I have been a customer at this service dept since 2008 and he has always been the most respectful, efficient, kind, caring advisor. (I have had some not so good experiences with some of the advisors at this location, which is why I try to schedule with Benito).

Why wasn’t the black box data reviewed? I’ve had two incidences within a month of this vehicle doing things that should not do. The first one was a month ago when it stopped suddenly like I hit a brick wall going 2 miles an hour. And the next one was two days after it was serviced at your dealership when it jumped the curb over a sidewalk over a garden before it stopped barely missing, hitting a lady and her dog. Who are my witnesses. John Beck said the automatic stop does NOT engage under 35 miles an hour although I’ve read differently. Also, two items underneath my hood that look weird.
