Yes, Trisha was excellent! But I also wanted to say that the service advisor Chris, who was advising me about my PCM problem in my 2015 Porsche Boxster was also excellent and highly knowledgeable. By the way, the problem I believe has been resolved. I have not had any further problems with the PCM rebooting automatically and or randomly. It all seems to be working just fine now. Thank you.
