I was told needed new battery and it was $210 and with tax would be $235 (I did see $185 written on the paper he was holding). When my vehicle was ready and I went to pay cashier I was told total amount was $263.70!! The cashier did explain how that amount was arrived at. I did tell the cashier I understood but thought underwriter did not tell me the whole story when he asked if I would like to have it done.

My experience with Matt was absolutely personable and perfect! He went out of his way so see that I did not have to come inside the dealership to check out. I was glad because when I saw guests entering and leaving without a mask on I was glad I did not have to go inside. It was warranty service so no charge anyways. Then he wimped my car down for me himself before turning it over. There is a mandate and you do have every right to enforce that all wear masks when on your property. Did I mention Matt was great?
