All personal we’re great with the customers. The best part is having snacks and drinks while we wait. I understand y’all stay busy so that really helps keep customers happy because it takes 1to 2 hours to get a oil change. As I texted you, one of Everett’s employees must be messing with your customers. My seat settings had been reprogrammed with the seat pulled way up and tilted as far forward as it will go. I have not reprogrammed in case you wanted to check for yourself. I understand someone can readjust the seat temporarily but the seat settings do not get reprogrammed by themselves. I suppose you have someone who either thinks it’s funny or is disgruntled and taking it out on customers. This is the first bad experience I’ve had with Everett. I sure hope it is the last.
