I wasn’t happy when I called yesterday and told them that we would be making a 2 hour drive up there to have the oil changed, my Husband had to go to the doctor in Little Rock so my oil needed changing I was told by the manager over that department that any time I come up there to tell them that I need my oil change and since I live 2 hours from there that he could look at our founder and we were to get it changed really soon but the lady I talked to was really hateful to me so I asked her if I needed to talk to the manager because she told me I would have to make an appointment for another day and I told her to let me talk to the many and she finally told me she looked at our file and said to just come on in I wasn’t happy with her
