As a longtime repeat buyer, I brought my 2009 gmc truck in because the tailgate handle was not releasing the tailgate. I saw them take my truck back and return it 31 minutes later. It cost me 163.00 to replace a 6.20 plastic clip. I will not be returning for service again, I'll find some other place to spend my money.

Dub was great but the taillight issue should have been covered under a recall since they know it’s a known issue in latter models. As far as the other leak it’s supposedly not connected but the vehicle didn’t have the issue prior to tuneup. Needless to say unhappy with the 900 dollar bill especially since the only place to work on my vehicle has been Everett

This was not a good experience at all and was totally unacceptable. I requested an appointment for an oil change and the 7500 mile maintenance, along with a complaint about a leaky seal around the vent window for 7/14/20 at 2:30. On 7/11/20 I received a conformation email for the 2:30 appointment. On 7/13/20 I received a phone call and an email changing that time to 2:45. I arrived at the service center at 2:35 on the 14th and checked in. The service attendant confirmed the oil change, tire rotation, and fluid and belt checks but knew nothing about the leaking vent window. I went inside to the waiting area. At 5:05 (a full 2-1/2 hrs later) I figured I should check on what was happening. When I did check, I found out they had not started on the car. They hurried and got it into the bay and 15 minutes later in was done. I would bet a dollar to a dime that the checks were not done and the tires were not rotated. I hope it has oil in it. Also, nothing was done about the vent window. No one scheduled an appointment with a glass company or even commented on it. I had to ask again and was directed to a nice lady named Laci, at least she seems courteous. My last few car purchases have been Subaru's. They were always on schedule and knew exactly why I was there. As part of their service they would wash and vacuum the car. I already miss them.

This was the first service rep I’ve ever dealt with all these years I’ve had with an attitude. My truck was ready and sat outside there for over thirty minutes when I noticed it. After it sat out there I found the service rep and asked him if it was ready or what and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and pointed me to Seth, which Seth wasn’t the one that checked me in. I then asked the service rep if he could help me with an issue with setting the drivers seat. He first acted like he was to busy then told me I could look in the book. I told him I did and still couldn’t get the issue straightened out. He then said that he himself would have to look in the book, which he did and still didn’t solve the issue. Respectfully Thank You.
