I was very disappointed that the mask mandate ended yesterday but still highly recommended by the CDC and was not being followed. With a business the size of Everett, you would think that safety would be top priority. There have been too many cases of Covid not to follow guidelines. Guess I’m sensitive cause it has hit home way too many times for me to be so lax so early. I don’t plan on returning to the dealership any time soon.

I never got a call from my sales man which I never bother unless I’m in need of his assistance ,the service adviser was discussing the said issues on my car and I was told by him that everytime I come in they could suggest 2000 dollars worth of repairs. Now they have me not wanting to trust them because I only wanted my car repaired and deemed safe to drive. I was shocked that he would say such a thing to me and my husband!My car went for several months without being fixed to start with! I pretty much has to insist and get a tad bit ugly so that someone would go with me and we didn’t get out of the parking lot until he told me to turn around this was a bad hub assembly. It was roaring so loud we could talk or hear the radio :( I thank God because he had to be with us during the times I was told nothing was wrong with my car which we all no now was a huge mistake on my dealers service Dept. After this I was in the shop 3 times for disabling equipment issues. I picked my car up today and it is still not right making another grinding noise. I also sat in the dealership Monday afternoon while awaiting a rental and no one even asked to help me as I stated to my service adviser he reply was I work in service. So I go and start looking at new cars and still no one came to assist! I think that if I’m trying to spend several thousand dollars someone would at least acknowledge that I’m in the building. My husband is going to look at my car and we will decide what steps to take further. I’m still so disappointed in Everett Bgmc

Dub was great! But the diagnosis he delivered today is hard to swallow. We religiously service our vehicles at Everett, having just had an oil change with full service inspection it’s hard to believe that our Buick Verano with only 93k miles on it is going need a complete valve job!
A labor fee of $2000 on parts that cost $980 also seems like an unreasonable rate.
I will be calling to see if there’s room to negotiate and if not I’ll seek out a engine mechanic
I cannot ethically trade this vehicle in without ensuring its operating properly

After paying 477$ the problem was not fixed plus tools were left inside the engine compartment which one tool fell down into something causing a loud bang while driving. Very unsatisfied with today’s service.
