The Service team has always taken the best care of me every time I’m there, they know I’m running a very busy business and when it’s time for an oil change I’m in and out quick.

The paper work states that the tire pressure was checked. However when I drove out my tire pressure warning light was on and two tires were low. Not a major deal but I do expect better from your team. I have had my vehicle serviced here many times and trust that you are doing what you say. Although this is a small item it does show that the technician is indeed not actually performing everything that they are signing off on, and that is concerning as I trust them to really do all of these items so that my vehicle will last.

I am sure the oil change and tire rotation went well. However, there was no evidence that that the inside of the truck was wiped down. I was concerned because of the Covid. There is also an oil smudge on the front, just under the hood. Still love Everett though!!!

My truck had broke down over an hour from home. Finally got it to crank and drove to the dealership. Was greeted by Matt. Explained what had happened and he got right on it. Truck was fixed in less than an hour and we were on our way. This was my first experience using the service department. I am very pleased with there work. Not many dealers have a service department open on Saturdays. Thanks to Matt and the service team for excellent work.
