Sat in or stood by car for 10-15 min without being approached by a service associate. 1-2 cars pulled in after me and tired of waiting to be served had to go inside to request service. Maybe something has changed since last time there, but with covid it’s probably best the service associates pay a little closer attention to customers and make a better effort to help as customers arrive

My DEF heater is out again now that my truck is out of warranty. Y’all replaced it once already. We all know there is a chronic problem with these heaters but now I have to pay for something that is a known problem. I would like to know what the solution is for the def heater issues these trucks have. It is public knowledge of this particular issue. How this is handled will affect my decision on where I take this truck next time and will affect the next place. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you.
