I brought my 2021 Yukon in for a recall, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and honestly impressed with the demeanor and attitudes of the service staff I encountered and with whom I interacted. I want to call special attention to the technician who performed the recall work on my vehicle. When I arrived, I asked about the estimated time to complete the work, and the response provided by your technician was informed and honest. He said it could take anywhere from 8.5 minutes to a few hours because, in some cases, the brake module just popped in and was accepted, while in some cases they were having to wrangle with some of the recalls when the vehicle computer did not want to accept the replacement module. The most important thing your service tech said after that (and in response to my question about the availability of a loaner car to get to work) - and please note this is the first time I have ever had this happen (I have owned chevy, Acura, jeep, mercedes, and lexus) was that he was more than happy to grab my car and get started immediately on the work so I could get back on the road. His attitude and willingness to make me feel like my car was a priority that morning left a lasting impression on me. Great Job!
