I was not greeted by a service tech. I had to find one and he helped me. Everyone was sitting around talking. When my vehicle was ready to pick up the valet attendant were standing in a group talking. I waited several minutes for one to come locate my vehicle but they never came over. I walked the lot and found my truck.
