I was notified at 5 PM Friday that my vehicle was ready to go home. In response I asked, “Have y’all test driven?” and got the reply, “Absolutely”. I texted at 8:30am, ten mins out of arrival and they pulled the vehicle out next to loaner and left it running. It took 15 mins to transfer my equipment/ personal belongings over from the loaner to my truck, then started to leave the Everett lot. As I did, I looked down and noticed the temp gage wasn’t reading water temp. So, I pulled back up to service Dept. and asked if water temp was hooked up?? I asked because the vehicle was brought in for water reservoir overflowing with oil in water in the first place. I was asked to eat donuts and drink coffee while they checked. A short time later they came out and asked me to leave the vehicle with them as the reservoir was over flowing and had oil in it AGAIN. So, after traveling 180 miles I left in the same loaner I arrived in and wasted a whole morning. This is the 11th HD Denali Diesel I’ve bought from Everett since 2015. This is the 1st vehicle with any type of engine failure, and I acknowledge this is not Everett’s fault. However, this error clearly demonstrates a failure on the part of the service department and evidence that in fact it wasn’t test driven before notifying its ready to go home.

I scheduled the timing belt replacement several days in advance. I was not given an estimate and was told i could call parts and get the part price. I did on Tuesday and asked if the part was in stock, it was not. I Asked them to order it since my truck was coming in to have it replaced on Thursday. Late Thursday i was called and informed my truck was not ready as when the belt is replaced, 4 bolts had to be replaced and were not in stock but would be overnighted. (Why was the belt not already ordered along with the bolts whenever the appointment was made). I called late Friday only to learn truck still not ready. I had to have a courtesy vehicle by this time and came in Saturday and got one. I was called Thursday and was told it should be ready later that day. Came in Friday morning, still not ready. Left to rum errand and was called 20 minutes later that truck was ready. Other than all that, my experience was just fine.

Was advised a repair on my truck was under warranty. Drove truck from our farm 1.5 hours. Got a call after dropping it off and driving back that it wasn’t a part that was under warranty. Asked if there could be a discount for the issues, was advised nothing they could do about it. We have purchased 10+ vehicles from here. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Just spent $70k on a new SUV 2 weeks ago. Picked truck up and will be taking it somewhere that’s reasonable.
