Service was great. Thanks. I will say, though, that we bought this used vehicle from your dealership last month. We do like the RDX. However, after closing the sale of this vehicle, the salesperson tells us that there is only one key. OK, so if it’s a pre-owned Acura, why wouldn’t you have provided that second key before trying to sell one of your own models? Or at least tell us in advance of the sale? $200+ today went for a new key — both a hassle and an expense I would have preferred to avoid.

He took the time to explain what was happening. I called for reservation for an oil change. He told me when the best time to come for service .

Above and beyond in his attempt to salvage the transmission in my 2006 MDX. Ultimately it was too expensive to justify, but he did an excellent job presenting options. I ended up purchasing a newer MDX that same week!
