Nick, as always, is my service advisor and have no words to express my gratitude for the way he's taking care of my car and its concerns. He's personable and professional,making sure I'm satisfied with the service and understand my car's needs. He explained the need of replacing car's tires. Nick makes sure the driver seat, steering wheel and mat get protected with the plastic cover/paper provided by the dealer (thank you!) before is taking inside by the technician. Overly satisfied!
Today, Tim has been the service technician and he has been very courteous and explained his findings. Very knowledgeable and very humble as a person. I was extremely satisfied with the way my car was driving back home (felt an improved difference!).
