Nick was fine, he was not the problem. I am having problems with Apple Car Play and Acura was not able to duplicate the problem and solve it. ( I rented a Chevy Equinox for two weeks on vacation and had NO problems with Apple Car Play)I was told there would be a software update before the end of the year that will hopefully address the Apple Car Play problems. Also, big problems with my phone calls bouncing from car speaker to cell phone and vice versa.

The service team was terrific, but one of my sporadic transmission issues which was I reproducible, came back on the same day. I’m a bit frustrated that it’s not reproducible or identifiable. The hard shifting came back for my entire 1hour drive home from work. But after letting my car sit for a couple hours, the problem hasn’t occurred in the past 24 hours. If the problem shows up again, I will try to go directly to the service department.
