When I scheduled the appointment I said I need a loaner, detailing wash and vacuum and the person who did the scheduling mentioned an online cupone. When I got there none of my requests were in the computer system. I had to explain again and the person behind the desk wasn't very nice. I almost didn't get a loaner that day because it wasn't reserved by the person I scheduled the appointment with. The whole day I didn't get any update on the work, until 6 pm to tell me the car is not done. The next day when I picked up my car, I had to turn around half way to look for the missing floor mats, which were in the trunk but I wasn't told at pick up. The employees need more training.....
