From the moment of arrival to have our vehicle serviced, the Mcgrath Acura of Libertyville team exceeded our expectations. We had a couple of recalls and issue on our MDX so we already expected it may take a while. We asked Muhammed if a loaner vehicle was available. They didn't. But it wasnt really a big deal since we didn't request it when we made an appointment. He was still able to arrange a vehicle and staff member to drop us off to a nearby shopping center so that my wife, son and I could pass the time. An hour later they called to inform me that they were finished! They did a great job fixing the issue and completing the recalls! I will definitely be returning for future service! Nick and I believe Ben were also service advisors that we had a pleasure speaking with. Keep up the great work all of you and especially Mr. Muhammed Patel!
