Jonathan was very clear with what needed to be done, kept me up to date on the repairs, and the technicians were able to find the issue with my emissions not passing as well- I can tell the car is running better.
On a side note, I forgot my coffee cup and Jonathan callled me and set it aside first thing in the morning.
