I took my RDX in because of squeaky brakes. Robert let me know that it had been a common problem with the RDX and it would be taken care of with no charge. He provided me with a loaner car because troubleshooting which brakes were causing the noise then replacing them would take a few hours. He texted me an update after about 3 hours. He called me another 2-3 hours later to let me know that the front brakes were the problem and the pads were replaced with the since improved pads. Rear brakes were fine. Great job by Robert as always!!
