I don't usually take the time to comment on these types of things, but I have to say....Everyone went above and beyond to make my experience easy and a success! I didn't have an appointment and called on my way to work on the off chance that I would be able to get in to get my car serviced. Shehata fit me right in with no problem! He had Josh shuttle me to work. Both such nice guys!! Shehata called later in the morning to give me an update on my car and suggest a couple of additional things. He also let me know my car wouldn't be ready at the time I requested (11:30), but he knew I needed to take my son lunch, so he arranged for me to be picked up and for a loaner car to be issued to me so I could go to my son during lunch.....Shehata understood the time crunch and was forward thinking and had a plan when he called. When I came at the end of the day to pick up my car and return the loaner everyone else was so nice!!! Like a family:) Rose and the other gentleman....who I didn't get his name. They explained my bill in detail and were just very pleasant. Thank you all so very much for making my unexpected visit such a great one!!

Travis was very attentive to making sure he understood what was going on with my car I was getting anxious / nervous I had mentioned to him I did not think I would have any issues with my car the whole reason to have bought an Acura there reliability and he told me not to worry they would take care and fix the problem . The fact that he was attentive to knowing me and keeping me informed was great !! Not once made me feel as if I had no understanding of my car and that Acura would take care if my car !!
