The service was excellent regarding the repair. My only complaint was just that I was asked about a complimentary wash of the car and honestly I can't tell if it was washed or if it was cleaned at all. It still looks very dirty to me. I know that wasn't what I brought it there for so not a big deal but it would have been nice.

I was made to wait. I had an appointment. I waited while he served the needs of the courtesy driver cause he couldn't figure out how to use Sirius radio. The partner that didn't serve me was busy doing data entry and made me wait to ultimately tell me my account was with shehata whom left the area to Sirius radio the courtesy van. At least have a chair for me to sit in while I wait. Once shehata began the appointment service was excellent. I made effort to be on time this am.
