Robert in services went above and beyond with my vehicle he made me feel as if my service was priority, the dealership staff was always nice Abs some one always answered the phone when ever I called My vehicle has multiple repairs and the service department made sure to have it all done with in 3 days. I will only come to oh Acura of Temecula and will definitely refer this dealership!!

I have a severely compromised immune system & Robert took steps to provide service of my new RDX with no contact! He & all his men wore face masks & gloves when servicing my vehicle, & when they were finished, he took further steps to sanitize my vehicle before I picked it up! Robert showed a lot of empathy for my situation & literally bent over backwards to meet my safety needs! Please acknowledge the fantastic customer service Robert provided for me.
