Had a appointment for 12:00.... for a 15,000 tire rotation , which took 1 hour
After finding 2 nails in one of the tires. I was told it would take another 20-30 minutes more.... this simple appointment turned into being there for 2 hours
Very disappointed on how it was handled... so dissatisfied that I will never buy a another car from Metro.
