Mike is awesome! I had an issue that i wanted to inquiry about at metro. Mike assured me that the techs would take a look to see if there was an issue and they couldnt find a thing.
Instead of making an issue up and charging me a phony repair free they reccomended i reschedule if the issue becomes worse.
He waived the examination fee and sent me on my way
Guys i got to say that Mike has some serious strengths in customer service and i think he understands the long term and lucrative invest of customer service.
I think mike might be manager material.

Some of the scheduled service was not able to be completed and I wasn't told ahead of time. Service took 3 hours and I was told it would take an hour or so. Just a little annoying having to wait the unexpected extra time but the work seems to have been done well.
