The woman who took my car through the car wash at the end of my service left the window partially down.
My passenger side seat and dashboard were wet. There was no apology from the woman and my concern is future electrical issues. I talked with the Service Dept manager who apologized on the woman’s behalf.

Joe did an outstanding job getting my vehicle in and diagnosed quickly. It was going to take a few hours to complete the work so he offered me a rental vehicle - this extremely helpful. Joe called me a couple hours later to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. It was late in the day so he gave me the option of coming now or pick up the next day.
Was 100% satisfied with everything he did.
