I expect to have fast prompt service when I set an appointment in advance more especially since I have to drive a hour to come to my appointment from Longview. I should not have to sit in the waiting room for three hours. I also had to turn around and comeback because someone didn’t reset my tire monitor system. So altogether today I spent 5 1/2 hours to get a couple things done.This is poor customer service at its finest. Not even one sorry.
