I was very disappointed with my service this time around overall. My husband took my car in over a month ago and I never heard back again from the service advisor about what the delay was in receiving my parts. I called last Friday and was told my parts would come in on Mon. After never receiving a call then, I called again on Thurs. to ask what the status was on my parts. At that time, Yonic stated it had just arrived and can be installed Friday. When I expressed my lack of satisfaction about the lack of communication and service overall, the attitude of the advisor was to place blame on the parts department. Had zero sincerity or understanding of my frustration. When I arrived Friday, someone else named James assisted me and my husband who was very friendly and apologetic. I didn’t get the sense that Yonic cared about my concern at all when I spoke to him. I commend James for his help and hope to work with him in the future. Thanks for your time.

I was not very happy since the time I have gotten my odyssey, I haven’t seen a correct display time on it. I have been asking during my car maintenance visit, but they are unable to fix that. This time it took longer than usual for the service and then I was asked to come back to see if they can fix the clock in my car. It is very inconvenient to drive just for that since I come all the way from Redlands.
