When I went in the service drive no one greeted me and almost felt like they didn’t want my business. Also my rear breaks have measured 2mm for the past 3 services, which make me question the accuracy of the service provided.

The customer service is always outstanding. Waiting for my car 2hrs and 45 minutes though, is unacceptable when I made an appointment. Why I always hesitate to take my car into the dealership. It was a simple oil change and brake fluid service. Not new calipers with new brakes, transmission service and oil change. On top of it, no complimentary car wash? Why? Because of Covid? They work on the car. Same thing as washing it.

Did notice an error on the odometer reading, it is typed in as 21,727_but actual reading was 21,227 miles on gage reader after I left. Also missed the car washing event. Both nothing to write home to mom about! All other details right on the mark, got very lucky with getting in with no appointment, service was very quick indeed. Thank You Travis and Honda!
