Juan was easy to speak with and make inquiries to regarding the service I was there for today. He shared with me that the service minder I was there for wasn’t exactly accurate and I actually wasn’t due to have completed. He looked alittle further back in my vehicle history to reveal that fact! How refreshing! Someone not trying to increase out the door costs! A coupon was also honored. Being on a fixed income these two things alone made for a happy lady however the delivery from Juan appeared to be genuinely nice!
