Our customer service experience was subpar. When picking up our car, the service report was blank. We pointed that out to the rep and he then completed the form. When first checking us in, he was confused about our prepaid service and how much a transmission service costs. The service itself was fast. If we return to Spreen, think we will find a more energetic customer service rep.

I am happy to give feedback regarding the service I received from Dennis Palacio. I had a commitment at 1:00pm, and I asked Dennis if he could get me in and out by 12:30pm, and he said, “Yes”. So, I took my car in at 10:30am and my car was complete before 12:30pm. Although there are many closer Honda Dealerships closer to my residence, it is important for me to have confidence in a Service Provider. Dennis offers that confidence and excellent service. I will be back!
