Took way to long ! 4 hours for an oil change ! Couldn’t rotate my tires because they didn’t have the key to un lock . Wich last time I came they said they did rotate my tires . So how where they able to rotate my tires the last time but not this time .
Horrible experience!

Having just paid to have the starter repaired only 5 days prior, I found myself stuck away from home with my car unable to start with 10-12 tries in 30 minutes. Literally while on the phone to get a tow truck, I tried one more time and it started. I brought the car to the dealership and dropped it off. I was concerned about being charged a second time for the same problem. Eric talked with the service manager who decided to waive the labor charges and charge me only for new and different parts. I truly appreciate the understanding and fair treatment.
