I went to the dealer at 7:00 a.m to change the oil I got recommend to do the transmission maintenance and I accepted that, I asked how long is it going to take, he told me from hour to hour and half.
They finished the car at 10:00 a.m.
3 hours for oil change and transmission fluid how it's come I got work very late and messed up my day.
How do you wanna us come back for the recommend service while you providing a bad customer service and you don't care with customers time ?
Unfortunately I've been fixing my car at this dealership since I have it from 2015 till now but I decided not to come again.

Ron was helpful and explained how the road hazards coverage was in the prior Sentinel plan but that one was canceled and the new Maintenance plan does not cover the tires for road hazards. He saw that I used them for both our Honda vehicles. Got a deal on a replacement tire that was acceptable.
