Juan was great! He explained everything to me and made the suggested recommendations. I only intended to have my car warranty completed for the fuel pump, but Juan was so helpful in informing of other services that were needed. Juan was so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I had a great experience.

Dropped my car off at 7:30am for an oil change and got a call around 10 to ask if I would like to run diagnostics for some lights on my dash and I said yes. Get a text around 1 saying my car is finally ready and I get there and I’m only only charged for the diagnostic test. THEY DIDNT CHANGE MY OIL. I was late to work and had to cancel visits because they took so long. 7 HOURS AND ALL THEY DID WAS RUN A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. Manager offered free oil change tomorrow and I will bring it in but wow I can’t even believe it.
