My experience was very distasteful because the service was ruined by Paul Gonzalez. He was so disrespectful and rude , my wife came in first to drop the car off and as she approached Paul for help checking in , he was talking to another employee and rudely ask my wife not talk until he finished his conversation with the other employee! Which is wrong because he could of asked nicely to “ wait and he will be with her in a moment “ but he didint. He gave a very bad and nasty attitude. When I the owner got there I confronted him and asked him why he spoke to her in that manner that wasn’t necessary because were customers just trying to get help and we are also customer to that location because we bought are car in Honda Of Corona and he denied it and said that he don’t care because he doesn’t believe he was wrong so then I asked him to attest treat people with respect as we are all equal human beings and he is at a work place not his own home. He should greet everyone so his work place can be a happier environment for customers. My brother has also purchased his first car there at Honda of Corona and we know Paul Gonzalez doesn’t represent the whole company in how he acts towards customers. In the end of the conversation between me the over of the car and Paul he did apologize to my wife. But still got a bad sour attitude from him. I hope this is brought up to management so they can take a look into this situation I will also leave a Yelp and google review to make sure it reaches the right people. thank you for your time .

There are two lines to enter the service area which makes it difficult to keep track of who arrives first. That is what occured today. Two vehicles arrived after I did but were able to pass me in the other lane that had a vehicle leave. One of those persons was attended before I was and it frustrated me. There has to be a better check-in system to track which customers arrive first and keep the customers from getting upset. Maybe only have one lane for check-in.
